  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the business, ensuring seamless execution of hotel services.
  • Handle the Human Resources responsibilities for the property, including recruitment, training, and employee development.

  • Manage and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, leveraging market trends and customer insights.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Requirements:**

  • PEP experience preferred, with a strong background in hospitality management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with a focus on hotel operations and management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, with a strong understanding of hotel operations systems and technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a strong commitment to customer service and hotel operations.
