**Job Description:

Senior Buyer Role

This role involves purchasing and expediting materials, parts, and services for various company operations. The successful candidate will negotiate with suppliers to ensure high-quality products at optimal pricing, manage vendor relationships, and resolve purchase issues effectively.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement optimal supply chain strategies to meet business needs.
  • Negotiate and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Source and manage vendors to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
  • Responsible for on-site assessments of suppliers, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex purchase-related issues.
  • Analyze vendor quotations and proposals to recommend cost reduction measures.
  • Establish contractual agreements with suppliers and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to support their development and growth.
