Job Description:

At Regions Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing content strategy, development, execution, and optimization across multiple audience segments and delivery channels to attract, engage, build trust, preferences, and loyalty for customers, associates, and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Marketing Programs to support Business Units and/or Products across multiple channels
  • Ensure content and communications align with content and channel strategies and are aimed at growing quality households, growing wallet share, and retaining customer relationships
  • Manage localized customer notifications, such as required communication related to branch closures or notifications
  • Develop new content and optimize existing content
  • Responsible for following Marketing Process to meet Legal, Compliance, and internal audit standards
  • Understand Canned Spam Act; Unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP), and multiple regulations, and developing programs and content that align with these policies and regulations
  • Understand Marketing performance and analytics and adapt messaging and channels, based on performance metrics
  • Serves as partner to Marketing Strategists, Analytics and Campaign Operations
  • Works with Finance, Digital Banking, Legal, and Compliance
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of direct experience in Marketing
  • Or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field and three (3) years of experience in Marketing
  • Preferences
  • Three (3) years of experience in Digital or retail marketing
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
  • Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Project management skills

  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
