Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Enforcement Specialist to join our team at Greene County, OH. As a Park Enforcement Specialist, you will be responsible for enforcing park rules and regulations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safety and security of park visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce park rules and regulations, including issuing warnings and citations as necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service to park visitors, including answering questions and providing information about park facilities and services
  • Conduct regular patrols of park areas to ensure safety and security
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare reports as necessary
  • Collaborate with other park staff and law enforcement agencies to ensure effective enforcement of park rules and regulations
Requirements
  • Completion of core coursework in an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
  • 12 months of law enforcement experience
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License
  • State of Ohio Peace Officer Certification
  • State of Ohio Firearms Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
