Accounting Operations Specialist

ACLD is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Specialist to assist in the day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with experience in bank reconciliation, intercompany accounting, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate financial records
  • Process intercompany transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with monthly closing analysis and entries
  • Update and maintain the Fixed Assets System
  • Prepare and record monthly journal entries
  • Assist with annual audit work papers and Governmental surveys
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Business or Accounting; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position; Not-for-Profit experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
