Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related discipline with at least 3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and eliminate cost, quality, and schedule challenges through technical collaboration.
  • Familiarity with and ability to leverage factory and program performance metrics.
  • Capability to work effectively or lead within teams and cross-functional groups.
  • Experience in interpreting and enhancing technical schematics.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation.
  • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, including SAP.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense (DOD) financial reporting systems, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes.
  • Experience in teaching, training, and mentoring manufacturing systems to less experienced engineers.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to various audiences.
  • Current DOD Security Clearance is preferred.

The compensation range for this position is between 77,000 USD and 163,000 USD. This range is a good faith estimate representative of various experience levels.
