Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Concraft Inc. in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Direct and manage projects in a timely and organized manner, ensuring that all phases are executed systematically and to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Build and maintain a team of sub-contractors and trades, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Client Communication: Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, employees, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Create budgets, schedules, material lists, and equipment authorizations to ensure projects are executed within budget and on time.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, adjusters, property managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction and/or restoration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; solid knowledge of construction and building processes; experience working with large multi-family projects; and proficiency in Outlook, Xactimate, Dash, and Encircle.
