- Collaborate with the finance department to implement new accounting standards and maintain existing ones.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Support investor communications and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- BS in finance or accounting (required).
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields (preferred).
- CPA or CA (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and technical accounting research.
- Experience in GAAP, SEC regulations, and more.
- Financial Analytics - Ability to interpret data and provide accurate analysis.
- Problem Solving - Ability to offer comprehensive solutions.
- Collaboration - Team leader who influences across teams.
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines and work autonomously.
- Reports to the Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- $95,000 - $130,000 Estimated Annual Salary Range
