Wealth Management Director

As a seasoned Private Wealth Advisor Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through advisory-based sales and relationship management. You will develop and execute business development strategies, sales targets, and sales results for assigned regions, while building internal and external networks to grow business in assigned portfolios/jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies, sales targets, and sales results for assigned regions
• Build internal and external networks to grow business in assigned portfolios/jurisdictions
• Collaborate with other experts to create integrated business development plans
• Act as primary Relationship Manager for assigned client relationships
• Lead/assist with creation of business proposals or presentations
• Produce client reports that demonstrate value provided and assess clients at risk for retention
• Make recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives
• Act as subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies
• Network with industry contacts to gain competitive insights and best practices
• Proactively identify client needs and concerns to diagnose and facilitate resolution of client issues
• Introduce subject matter experts to clients
• Share wealth solutions expertise and product knowledge across regional teams
• Develop solutions and make recommendations based on understanding of business strategy and stakeholder needs
• Manage resources and lead execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on business and financial goals
• Recommend business priorities, advise on resource requirements, and develop roadmap for strategic execution
• Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues
• Act as prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders
• Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders
• Bridge banking, trust, and investment disciplines together for client communications when full relationship exists
• Break down strategic problems, analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
• Monitor and track performance, address any issues
• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards
• Build change management plans of varying scope and type; lead or participate in change management activities
• Lead or participate in defining communication plan designed to positively influence or change behavior; develop tailored messaging; identify appropriate distribution channels
• Lead execution of operational programs; assess and adapt as needed to ensure quality of execution
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of tools and training required to deliver business results
• Lead/participate in design, implementation, and management of core business/group processes
• Develop and manage business/group program
• Review program for effectiveness, consider industry trends, recommend enhancements; make changes as required
• Use advisory-based financial planning approach to manage opportunities and relationships
• Support achievement of business plan within designated territory/region
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to build capability and drive business growth
• Meet high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth
• Develop rapport and instill confidence with clients to develop credibility and earn trust
• Follow through on risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure safeguarding of customers' assets, maintenance of their privacy, and acting in their best interests
• Protect Bank's assets and comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements
• Operate at group/enterprise-wide level and serve as specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Apply expertise and think creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine
• Implement changes in response to shifting trends
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
