- Marketing and Sales: Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop sales strategies, and market insurance products and services that meet our clients' needs.
- Customer Service and Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and establishing quotas for our agency.
- Sales Experience: 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Success in Sales: A proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to clients and colleagues.
- Insurance License: Property & Casualty license required.
