Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Purchasing Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing and managing parts that make up the building blocks of our R1T, R1S, and Electric Delivery Vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality parts.
- Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Program Management, to ensure seamless execution of sourcing plans.
- Manage and analyze data to inform sourcing decisions and drive cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
- 3+ years of experience working with automotive suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $98,500 - $123,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
