Purchasing Manager

LGM Pharma, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement operations in Irvine, California.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers.
- Manage inventory levels to balance stock availability with cost efficiency.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team based on data analysis.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining procurement processes and reducing costs.
- Manage and mentor the purchasing team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
