About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Relation Insurance Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management and loss control, ensuring they have the necessary coverage to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service, including policy renewals, claims management, and loss analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and legislation to provide informed advice to clients and drive business growth.
  • Manage a large volume of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate policy renewals, cancellations, and changes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines of coverage.
  • Property and Casualty License from the state of domicile, with a strong understanding of risk management and loss control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
