Position Overview
The RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Nursing by ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient nursing care, which leads to positive clinical outcomes and enhances patient, family, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee, guide, and manage the clinical operations of nursing units during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
*Facilitate the execution of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring nursing staff while ensuring seamless communication and coordination with other departments.
*Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing staffing levels for safe, continuous care, focusing on minimizing overtime and reliance on agency personnel.
*Engage in staff recruitment, orientation for new hires, and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications:
*Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
*Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
