Position Overview
The RN Supervisor plays a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality and efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and enhancing patient, family, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead, guide, and oversee the clinical operations of the nursing units during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
*Facilitate the execution of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating communication with other departments.
*Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing staff levels for safe, continuous nursing care, focusing on minimizing overtime and agency personnel usage.
*Engage in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and provide recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications:*Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
*Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
