Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales professional to join our team at ABC Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, achieving desired results through effective sales strategies and techniques
* Greet every customer within three seconds, engaging with a personal greeting or handshake
* Answer phone calls promptly, providing a professional and courteous response
* Offer customers a full range of options, including add-on sales and promotions
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and recommendations
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements

* Ability to stand for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and comfort
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
* Ability to lift up to 40lbs, with regular assistance from colleagues as needed
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
