Job Title: PAC Manager Federal Government Affairs

Corning Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and strategic government affairs practitioner to manage and administer Corning's federal PAC and provide research and meeting preparation assistance to the federal government affairs team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development, approval, and execution of COREPAC's solicitation plan, PAC member engagement and communications, and disbursement plan;
  • Responsible for complying with federal and state campaign finance laws and regulations; including filing state election commission and FEC reports.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the policy and regulatory landscape;
  • Track and analyze legislative and regulatory policy developments, providing intelligence and insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders;
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with political fundraisers, consultants, and vendors;
  • Represent Corning in trade associations, and with other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years progressive experience working in federal government affairs, including a minimum 2+ years Federal PAC management / administration experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in PAC management and public policy.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, effectively articulating complex ideas in a concise and structured manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Highly resourceful team player with demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $172,259.00 (assuming full-time status).
