About the Position: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software is also required. Additionally, excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities: Our Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers. They will analyze requirements, investigate potential suppliers, solicit and evaluate proposals, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Furthermore, they will implement purchase contracts that comply with company and government regulations, assure timely delivery of ordered items, and maintain accurate records.

What We Offer: As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, health reimbursement and savings accounts, employer-paid life insurance, and employee assistance programs. Paid time off and floating holidays are also provided.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
