Job Type: Part-time

Position Overview:
Engage in the daily functions of WINGS Resale stores under the guidance of the Lead Sales Associate and Store Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the selling, stocking, and pricing of store merchandise.
- Process customer transactions utilizing a point-of-sale system.
- Organize and tidy racks, shelves, and various areas of the sales floor.
- Promote store inventory to potential customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Accept and categorize donations in the donations center.
- Perform light cleaning duties as required.
- Collaborate effectively with staff, volunteers, and community service participants to achieve resale store goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service both internally and externally.

Display Management:
- Create and maintain visually appealing displays and merchandising strategies while optimizing floor space and regularly rotating displays and merchandise.
- Ensure positive interactions and service for both donors and customers.
- Complete all assigned administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems and accurately managing cash and merchandise.
- Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Enjoy engaging with customers and exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Comfortable with technology, including general computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends.

Physical Requirements:
- This position involves extended periods of standing, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and other physical movements necessary for sorting and moving bags/boxes of donated items.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and stand for up to 8 hours.
