We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Marine Technician to join our team at Brunswick Corporation's Eclipse Marine Seneca dealership. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing service and maintenance repair orders with a high level of efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repairs and maintains boats and other vessels to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Examines repair and installation orders to determine the extent of repairs required or modifications necessary for installation of equipment, accessories, and hardware.
  • Consults with supervisors regarding installation or repair problems, sequence of operations, and time required to complete repair or installation.
  • Maintains a safe and organized work environment for the entire service team.
  • Inspects final repairs and rigging for any errors and ensures that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Assists technicians in maintaining and enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilizes and encourages the use of company-provided electronic forms, tools, and other resources.
  • Actively participates in feedback and communication with the leadership team and service team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a service technician in the marine industry.
  • Diploma and/or certifications in Yamaha and Mercury manufactured products.
  • Great work ethic and high initiative to complete tasks with little supervision required.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to safely bend, stoop, and climb ladders on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to use a computer for basic everyday tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background check.
