We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Sector Leader to join our team at DLR Group. As a key member of our integrated design team, you will be responsible for leading client engagement from marketing through the construction phase for our Healthcare Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our Healthcare Sector
- Lead client relationships and manage contract negotiations
- Partner with project managers to ensure financial health and successful project execution
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional design solutions
- Mentor and train team members to ensure knowledge sharing and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 12+ years of experience in client-facing roles for healthcare projects
- Licensed Architect
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team atmosphere
Preferred Qualifications:
- AIA, CID, NCIDQ or equivalent certifications
- Experience in business development roles

Compensation: The potential pay range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000, based on location, experience, and skills.
