Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an Engineering or Industrial Technology discipline.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in high-volume manufacturing, with at least five (5) years in a leadership/management role. Strong preference for plastics packaging industry experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all facets of manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, engineering, safety, and budget/financials.
  • Proven success creating and sustaining a continuous improvement environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management capabilities, with a solid track record of building high-performing teams, building relationships with all levels of employees, and interfacing with executives and customers.
  • A superlative safety record.
  • Strong motivation to grow your career and achieve higher leadership levels within the organization.
