Job Summary

You will drive business value and mitigate risk in procurements through competitive bidding, negotiation of commercial and legal terms, and analysis of data and market trends. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal business partners to drive efficiencies, reduce risk, and manage costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for one or more categories of spend
  • Drive business value and mitigate risk in procurements through competitive bidding and negotiation

  • Lead and support supplier relationship development programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in category management or a related field

  • Demonstrated knowledge of category and supply management concepts
  • Adept and persuasive communicator
  • Cross-functional/organizational team management and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated data analysis capability and MS Office applications expertise
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
