Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Member Service Representative I to join our team at Atlanta Postal Credit Union. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our members through various channels, including in-branch and call center environments.

    7. Commit to helping members achieve financial success through outstanding products and services.
  2. Process a variety of transactions accurately, in line with our service standards and policies.
  3. Handle all teller functions efficiently, whether in-person or via the ITM.
  4. Manage member inquiries and service requests, providing solutions and support as needed.
  5. Engage in meaningful conversations with members to assess their financial needs.
  6. Recommend appropriate credit union products and services tailored to member requirements.
  7. Facilitate connections with internal partners for comprehensive service delivery.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the credit union.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to this position.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or teller roles preferred.
  • Proficient in 10-Key calculator, typing, and Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to operate various office equipment and perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting weights between 5 to 25 pounds.
