Vos Responsabilités Incluront :
- Gestion et mise à jour de nos plateformes web
- Suivi et gestion des retours clients
- Animation de nos canaux de communication sur les réseaux sociaux
- Élaboration et mise en œuvre de contenus engageants pour les réseaux sociaux
- Analyse de la concurrence et veille sectorielle
- Rédaction et diffusion de newsletters
Compétences Requises
- Maîtrise des langages HTML / CSS
- Expérience avec WordPress ou d'autres systèmes de gestion de contenu (CMS)
- Familiarité avec un ou plusieurs outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM)
- Expérience dans la création de newsletters et d'emailings
Profil Recherché
- Diplôme de niveau BAC + 2
- Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Intérêt pour les outils numériques
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
- Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française
- Anglais requis
