Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our team at AdeIphi Medical Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide top-notch patient care and support to patients in their homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Prepare and administer medications as directed by the physician or nurse.
  • Keep accurate records of patient interactions, including medication administration and vital signs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with elderly or frail populations is required.
  • Home Health experience is strongly preferred.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
  • BLS (AHA) certification is a plus.
