Drive Business Growth:
Allied Machine & Engineering, a leading manufacturer of cutting tool systems, is seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive business growth in the US and international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with distributors and end-users.

About the Job:
This outside sales position requires a growth-minded individual with technical knowledge in machining. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Experience is preferred but not required, as our FSE Training Program is available for development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans
- Collaborate with distributors and end-users to drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- 2-year engineering or technology degree or comparable work experience (4-year degree preferred)
- Machining experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
