POSITION SUMMARY
Assist in the coordination of all Special Events or Leisure Experiences, ensuring seamless operations for activities such as seasonal festivities and themed events.
Regularly assess operational status, including lighting, audiovisual equipment, cleanliness, and overall system functionality, addressing any aesthetic issues promptly. Adhere to training protocols established by the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers, while also overseeing the training of all Special Events personnel. Gain proficiency in software systems utilized for events, including ticketing, retail management, inventory control, and space allocation. Resolve any financial discrepancies or inventory issues efficiently.Comply with all company policies and procedures; report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; ensure that uniforms and personal appearance meet professional standards; maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information; safeguard company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; proactively address and anticipate guests' service needs; express genuine gratitude to guests.
Communicate effectively with colleagues using clear and professional language; answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with team members; collaborate to achieve common objectives. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Identify and propose innovative ideas, technologies, or processes to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
