Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Consultant is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing critical insights and direction to improve sales productivity. This position requires a strong understanding of pipeline management, sales activity tracking, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives on sales tools and processes
  • Manage sales metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business analysis
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
