About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare innovation. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our innovative spine-based technologies, including the Teligen digital solution, across the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead prospecting and awareness campaigns to educate internal and external customers about our spine-based technologies.
  • Collaborate with Capital Equipment Selling Managers to grow the area pipeline, monitor placement utilization, and meet enabling technologies forecast goals.
  • Develop and execute site installation and initial case support plans with our sales consultant team.
  • Work closely with Commercial Education, Professional Education, and Area Sales Leadership to deliver timely and impactful field education programs.
  • Partner with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to drive procedural confidence and utilization of our spine-based technologies.
  • Support the development and execution of area business plans and strategic goals.
  • Identify and address area needs, risks, and strategies to ensure successful customer experience and proliferation of our spine-based technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5 years of spine sales experience, with a background in spinal pathologies and products preferred.
  • Experience in endoscopic, navigation, or robotic capital equipment systems required.
  • Experience launching new products through commercialization required.
  • Awareness of adult learning principles and educational enablers in driving procedural confidence and utilization.
  • Ability to operate in a clinical, technical, and professional sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
  • Proficiency utilizing MS Office required.
What We Offer

Johnson & Johnson offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $94,000 to $151,000, and an annual performance bonus. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may also be eligible to participate in our consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
