About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cyber Trainer to join our team at Cyberbit. This individual will play a crucial role in accelerating our customers' retention and upsell initiatives, working closely with them to understand their business needs and develop customized training paths.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve mastery of Cyberbit technologies and conduct cyber Range training for SOC teams and individuals as part of new customers' onboarding process.
  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing customer health metrics, running NPS, and gathering feedback.
  • Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to support our customers and customer success team in Range product Q&A, demonstration, and training exercises.
  • Effectively position new product releases and features to customers.
  • Improve and develop product technical documentation as well as capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in technical training.
  • Customer Success Management in a SaaS organization – A strong advantage.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge and familiarity with security operations, methodologies, and products – Strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in delivering great value to customers.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Works in a systematic and orderly fashion, able to dive deeply into detail.
  • Post-sales support experience- a strong Advantage.
  • EC-Council | Certified Incident Handler / Certified Security Analyst – a strong advantage.
