Our client, a leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer to become a vital member of their newly established Strategic Space Analytics team. This initiative aims to integrate two distinct data sets from internal performance units and external partners to develop in-house shelf analytics capabilities.
The Data Visualization Engineer will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to refine table schemas, addressing critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for business growth. This role is crucial in the design, development, and enhancement of analytical solutions utilizing tools such as PowerBI, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and emerging semantic layer technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Over 5 years of experience with data modeling and visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Tableau, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and enterprise-wide data management.
- At least 3 years of experience with Alteryx or similar data wrangling tools for data modeling, mining, forecasting, and simulation.
- A minimum of 3 years in developing and maintaining a robust data modeling and reporting ecosystem, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and data quality standards.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Scala, or Spark for exploring, interacting with, and developing data analytical solutions for at least 3 years.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
