Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at TLR Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all sales and leasing activities to reach the community's leasing goals, including greeting new prospective residents, responding to and following up with prospects, conducting tours, and processing applications.
- Walk the property each morning to ensure the touring route and model units are presentable and meet TLR Group's standards.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities to differentiate our community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback and improve the leasing process.
- Work with the property manager to develop and implement resident retention initiatives.
- Utilize property management software to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect and resident data.
- Effectively follow up with leads to ensure a seamless leasing process.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns.
- Customer service experience is required, with sales and leasing experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Time management and attention to detail are crucial in this role.
- Property management software experience, particularly with Entrata, is a plus.
