Job Summary

EECU is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Financial Center Consultant I to join our team. As a key member of our financial center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting teller transactions, and promoting EECU products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding member experiences through personalized service and sales interactions.
  • Conduct a variety of member service functions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and problem-solving.
  • Proactively initiate and support marketing initiatives within the branch.
  • Build strong relationships with members through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide lobby coverage, including greeting members, answering calls, and directing them to appropriate employees.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or financial environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Cash handling experience with the ability to balance transactions accurately.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse comfortably in Spanish.
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Good listener with problem-solving skills and empathy.
  • Relevant computer skills and solid math and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual, with the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.
