As a Virtual Financial Advisor at Thrivent Financial, you will enjoy a competitive salary, monthly sales bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. You will also have the opportunity to work from home or in our office, depending on your preference.
Requirements- Currently holds either a Series 7, and/or Series 66, or both a Series 6 and 63
- Positive, energetic, and results-driven

- College degree or equivalent work experience
- The ability to pass a background check (criminal and financial)
- Successfully complete FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) and Life and Health Insurance exams within 90 days of hire/transfer
- Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states
- Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM), financial planning, consultative sales models (or similar strategies)
You will be required to bring your license to Thrivent Financial, which means we will review BrokerCheck for all applicants. This position is currently open to candidates in the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate applicants from Hawaii and Alaska at this time.
Pay TransparencyThrivent Financial's long-term growth depends on attracting, rewarding, and retaining people who are committed to helping others thrive with purpose. We accomplish this by offering a wide variety of market-competitive compensation programs to attract, reward, and retain top talent. The applicable hourly wage range for this role is $24.03-$26.44 per hour, with additional monthly sales bonuses based on sales results and your client impact.
