Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer II to join our team at Sakura Finetek. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing automated instruments and systems used in the practice of histology, cytology, and hematology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of medical instruments to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers, field service technicians, and other stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including service manuals and repair procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and quality enhancements.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to perform field service repairs and provide technical support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the repair of electro-mechanical and electronic devices.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekends and nights.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical instrumentation and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
