Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading our Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests. You'll set the example of what it means to serve, create a positive vibe, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests
  • Set the example of what it means to serve and create a positive vibe
  • Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
  • Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
