The Guest Services Agent is a key member of our front office team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their stay. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with their needs.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel efficiency.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move around the hotel as needed.
