Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Extended Stay America - Atlanta - Northlake, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling various hotel operations. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Register guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage room reservations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow associates and other departments to achieve common goals and provide excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
