Front Desk Associate

At Omni Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and maintain a secure environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
