Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Support Qualified Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders in navigating their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychoeducation sessions to clients, equipping them with knowledge and skills to manage their conditions effectively.
  • Facilitate skill-building workshops that enhance coping mechanisms, interpersonal relationships, and daily living abilities.
  • Provide comprehensive case management services, including coordinating appointments, connecting clients with community resources, and advocating for their needs.
  • Respond to crisis situations promptly and effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field required, with one year of post-graduate experience.
  • Minimum of one year of direct experience working with adults experiencing mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Compensation:

$19.00 per hour
