Job Title: Eviction Mediator - Community Engagement Specialist

Join our team as an Eviction Mediator - Community Engagement Specialist and play a vital role in resolving conflicts between landlords and tenants in our community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing mediation services, developing relationships with community partners, and identifying resources to support individuals facing eviction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mediation services to resolve conflicts between landlords and tenants
  • Develop relationships with community partners to identify resources and support individuals facing eviction
  • Conduct mediations at the small claims court in both the High Point and Greensboro Courthouses
  • Connect parties with community resources to support housing stability

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of housing laws and regulations
