Job Description

$100,000 + (Commission-Based)

We're seeking a driven and professional real estate sales buyer's agent to join our team at RE/MAX Allegiance. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for identifying potential homebuyers, negotiating property sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Tasks:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to find and qualify potential homebuyers
  • Negotiating property sales between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with clients and converting them into qualified leads
  • Preparing and executing all necessary documents for property transactions
  • Organizing open houses and marketing events to showcase properties
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a buyer's agent or in a related field
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales
  • Education: High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of local real estate market conditions and industry trends
