Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Domino's Pizza LLC store team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for end of the night bank deposits and nightly product inventory counts.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is set up properly and ready to receive orders upon time of open, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Foster and project a sense of urgency with each and every order, and ensure every unhappy customer is a returning customer.
  • Team Development: Actively train the General Manager-in-Training (GMIT) on all aspects of store operations, and maintain staffing levels that mirror the needs of business at any point of the day.
  • Inventory Management: Calculate product and ingredient needs for a biweekly commissary and beverage delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually, and assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize service to customers while maintaining Domino's standards of orders delivered on time.
  • Communication: Communicate with other managers and staff regarding any aspect that impacts business operations, and promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
  • Employee Relations: Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance, and contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven track record of leading a team and driving sales growth.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer-based order entry system.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, and ability to read and understand P&L ledger.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
