Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at the Robert M Fowler Agency Llc in Alpharetta. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business success by providing exceptional administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration or a related field and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be responsible for drafting correspondences, planning appointments, answering phone calls, processing payments, and performing various other office tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting correspondences and other formal documents
- Planning and scheduling appointments
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Processing payments
- Performing all other office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum based on experience.
