Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team at NHS Management Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment and hiring process for nursing staff, ensuring that our facility has the right team members in place to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clinical staff to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to fill open positions.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
  • Work with HR to ensure compliance with recruitment and hiring policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools and other recruitment sources to identify potential candidates.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and ensuring that new hires receive the necessary training and orientation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar setting is preferred.
  • 4-year degree required, with a preference for Business and/or Human Resources.
  • Excellent customer service and public relations skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer literacy and ability to understand and instruct electronic documentation.
