  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with their inquiries and transactions.
    • Provide detailed information regarding dealership offerings, promotions, and policies as required.
    • Resolve customer issues or complaints swiftly and escalate matters to management when necessary.
    • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, representing the dealership with courtesy.
  2. Transaction Management:
    • Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks, utilizing dealership software or POS systems.
    • Calculate and collect payments for vehicle purchases, service invoices, parts orders, and other dealership products and services.
    • Ensure all transactions are completed efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
    • Verify transaction details, including pricing, discounts, and taxes, before finalizing sales.
  3. Financial Oversight:
    • Handle cash and financial transactions securely, adhering to proper cash handling protocols.
    • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the conclusion of each shift.
    • Prepare daily cash reports and deposits for accounting purposes.
    • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and ensure proper filing and archiving of documentation.
  4. Administrative Assistance:
    • Support administrative tasks as necessary, such as answering phones, filing documents, and processing paperwork related to vehicle sales and service.
