Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and customer areas
  • Support the sales floor with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, promoting a welcoming and inclusive store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store experience
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the store team and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
