Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Behavior Technician I to join our team. As a Behavior Technician I, you will assist school staff with the implementation of approved behavior management plans for general education or special education students in the Santa Clara Unified School District. This includes direct student service, staff training, data collection, and monitoring.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of experience working with K-12 students using behavior techniques in the school or home setting. You must also be willing to become a Registered Behavior Technician through the availability of BACB required supervision from a District employed BCBA or BCaBA. Additionally, you should have knowledge of basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with children with behavioral and special education needs.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
