As a Process Server, you will utilize your own vehicle to travel to various locations to serve legal documents. If you possess these attributes, we invite you to become a part of our legal services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver subpoenas in person.
  • Manage work orders and document appointment specifics.
  • Retrieve and return work orders for amendments, case resolutions, and other requests.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, uploading documents, confirming appointments, requesting payments, and sending correspondence.
  • Provide updates on the status of served subpoenas.
  • Identify and troubleshoot errors or technical issues, proposing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

To qualify as a Process Server, you need:

  • A high school diploma.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.

Additional Information:

This position requires a thorough background check, including a minimum of ten years of verifiable work and education history. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable. Employment is contingent upon a successful background check.

Compensation: $18-20 per hour.
